Here are a few frequently asked questions that should help you with any queries. Should you have any further questions feel free to contact me via e-mail, my Facebook page or via telephone.

How do I purchase a piece of artwork?

Most of my artwork is available via my Etsy store however I can take payment on collection for most items please just email me to discuss.

Do you take commissions?

At the moment I am not taking commissions.

How can I pay?

A range of payment options are available via my stay store including instalments for more expensive pieces. For items that are collected in person I accept payment on collection in cash or card.

Do you do gift vouchers?
Gift Vouchers are available and can be made to any value you wish and will be posted free of charge to yourself or the recipient. These can have a special message in a card of your choice added (see greetings card section). See below for terms and conditions.

What if I am not happy with the artwork or change my mind?

Please see Etsy terms and conditions for items purchased via my store.

For items purchased in person please inform me of via mail within 7 days and return the item/s in as sold state within 14 days of receipt. In the event of faulty/damaged items I may not need the item returned if provided with sufficient photographic evidence to show the item cannot be re-sold. So please ensure you photograph any damage to item or packaging in this case.

Natasha Pitts Art does not accept any responsibility for return postage, loss/damage in transit unless the artwork was received damaged/faulty by the purchaser.

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers can be issued for any value you wish and are valid for 6 months only. (Though they can be post dated) Please note no cash alternative is offered. They can be used in part payment for or go towards items on my website for sale. Unfortunately they cannot be used to purchase via the Etsy store platform itself but if there is something in my store you like this can be arranged via email. If in doubt ask me before purchasing a voucher.

Can I visit Natasha Pitts Art to view or purchase a piece of artwork.

As I work from my family home rather than a studio I only allow visitors at specific times so please discuss this with me and we can arrange an appointment.
